Carry-On Bags 3-1-1 Rules for liquids, gels and aerosols:

  • 3.4 ounces or less per container

  • 1 quart size, clear, plastic, zip top bag (all liquids must fit in bag)

  • 1 bag per passenger

 

 

Your Go-To Bag
  • A Sturdy Satchel Backpack

  • Your Passport / Get a RFID Passport Cover

  • Airline tickets/travel itinerary

  • Your medication in the original container  (3.4 ounces or less per container)

  • Bright Mini LED Tactical Flashlight 

  • Small Notepad + Ink Pen

  • Portable Charger Power Bank / Battery Charger  (for back-up)

  • Swiss Army Pocket/Utility Knife  (Please Note:  Make sure you pack it in your checked luggage before & after)

  • A printed map from your hotel to the US Embassy in that country  (Just in case your phone do not work).

  • Register for (STEP) - Smart Traveler Enrollment Program for Free.  (Please Note:  you can go to the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate and they will grant you access much easier if you are registered with all of your information).  A MUST! When traveling overseas.  
    * Visit Website:  https://step.state.gov/step/  

  • Write down a list of important numbers in your notepad or sheet of paper (ie:  emergency contacts etc.).  When there is an emergency crisis all phones are locked up and you cannot use your cell phone.

  • RFID Paper Wallet  (Please Note:  take a prepaid credit card + a credit card, as well as, cash).

  • Remember, to keep your car keys.  If you have to leave everything behind, we do not want your car key in the luggage.
